Behind their entrepreneurial drive lie two deeply personal journeys marked by caring for sick loved ones, Nicolas’s father on one side, and Sylvette, Zoe’s grandmother, on the other. "During those times, we saw far more than just the illness. We saw the exhaustion, the loss of appetite, and the discouragement that comes when eating becomes a chore. We saw how much of a daily battle food could become."

Zoe and Nicolas realized that nutrition could do better, by being fairer and healthier. Together, they joined the CentraleSupélec ESSEC Entrepreneurs program with a clear goal: to build a company dedicated to patients, designed alongside them, for their well being.

The ESSEC Foundation's Responsible Entrepreneurship Grant in the “Sustainability” category proved to be a true turning point for their project. "It is going to allow us to make a bold choice that few young entrepreneurs can afford: to target what is right, from our very first steps. Not to seek immediate financial performance, but rather relevance. To build a project not just on paper, but from the ground up, starting with patients and their realities."

This support provides them with a rare sense of security: the freedom to question, explore, and take their time. More than just financial aid, the grant gives them the confidence to stand behind an ambitious and innovative project. It will enable them to present their venture with credibility to healthcare professionals and the medical ecosystem.
