France France

Under the aegis of the Fondation de France, a non-profit-making organization, the ESSEC Foundation offers important tax advantages to its donors. Under the new French tax system in 2018, the tax deductions applied to the Impôt sur la Fortune Immobilière (IFI replacing the previous ISF) and to the Income Tax (IRPP) remain the same (see details).

The following tax deductions thus apply to your donations to ESSEC Foundation :

Income tax (IRPP): 66% of the amount of your donations is deductible from income tax, with an upper limit of 20% of your taxable income. For donations that exceed the upper limit, the surplus is carried forward for the 5 successive financial years.

Impôt sur la Fortune Immobilière (IFI): 75% of your donation is deductible from your wealth tax, with an upper limit of €50,000. This means a maximum donation of €66,666.

Corporate tax (IS): 60% of your donation is deductible from your corporate tax, with an upper limit of 0.5 % of turnover before tax. For donations that exceed the upper limit, the surplus is carried forward for the 5 successive financial years.

TAX DEDUCTION CALCULATOR (IRPP or IFI)

My donation costs me 0 after income tax deductions, and 0 after deductions from IFI

On 12 months, my donation costs me 0 after income tax deductions, and 0 après réduction de mon IFI
