Discover the impact of the ESSEC Foundation in 2025 and its ambitions for 2026

Need-based scholarship
In a world marked by uncertainty, generosity across generations has never been more essential. In 2025, the ESSEC Foundation was able to amplify its impact thanks to the growing commitment of donors, whose numbers have never been higher. A record amount of €1.6 million was allocated to social scholarships. Since 2011, 3,200 committed donors in France and internationally have helped raise €30 million, contributing to the influence and development of ESSEC. We warmly thank them for their generosity and trust. Every donation strengthens ESSEC’s position as a leading global institution.

A strengthened impact in 2025 through increased fundraising

  • The New Generation Campus, inaugurated in September 2025, was funded with €10 million from donations.
  • Academic Excellence has been supported with 112 awards and scholarships granted to faculty since 2011.

In 2026, a focus on strengthening social inclusion and ESSEC’s sustainability

Investing in equal opportunity

Supporting scholarship students remains at the heart of the ESSEC Foundation’s mission. In 2025, the growing commitment of donors enabled 447 scholarship students to receive aid.

Starting in the 2026 academic year, ESSEC is committed to fully waiving tuition fees for the least advantaged scholarship students (CROUS levels 4 to 7). To achieve this major milestone, the Foundation aims to fund 50 new need-based scholarships, requiring an additional €1 million in donations.

« Being able to attend ESSEC means growing as a student and as an individual, guided by the school’s values of excellence. As alumni, we are committed to offering this opportunity to those who deserve it, regardless of their background, by supporting need-based scholarship  scholarships. The talent, determination, and success of the young people who benefit each year reinforce the importance of this commitment and its direct impact on their future.»

Building the future through the Endowment Fund

A key tool for sovereignty and sustainability, the Endowment Fund ensures ESSEC’s financial independence and long-term impact. The Fund currently stands at €5.7 million, a 54% increase in two years. It generated €430,452 in interest, half of which was allocated to social scholarships.

Our ambition is to quickly reach €30 million in capitalized donations to generate sustainable revenue for the school’s strategic projects, access to excellent education for all students, and strengthen its financial autonomy.

« For me, contributing to the Endowment Fund means helping the school plan for the future with confidence, reinforcing its reputation for excellence, and continuing to attract and train talent from around the world. It’s also a tangible way to build a lasting legacy for today’s students and those of tomorrow, regardless of economic or political circumstances. »
