After completing a literary preparatory program, she joined ESSEC in 2019, where she discovered a world of endless possibilities. From her first steps in audiovisual production to diving into entrepreneurship, her years at ESSEC were a journey of discovery and growth.
"ESSEC gave me the boldness to take risks. That’s where I caught the entrepreneurship bug—and I’ve never looked back," she shares.

A defining moment came just a year after graduation. As she prepared to enter the corporate world, Victoire was awarded the ESSEC Foundation’s Responsible Entrepreneurship Grant in the O Féminin category, which supports young women entrepreneurs.
This grant was more than financial aid—it gave her the time, space, and, most importantly, the confidence to turn her vision into reality. "Without it, I might have waited years before daring to take the leap," she admits.
Today, Victoire is the founder of Maison d’Este, a French house of art objects that blends artificial intelligence with traditional craftsmanship.
"The grant allowed me to fully commit to my project while benefiting from the invaluable support of ESSEC Ventures’ incubator. For any entrepreneur, it’s the springboard to success” she emphasizes.
“At ESSEC, I learned to fearlessly transform ideas into action. Today, my mission is to encourage other young women to dare greatly—just as the Foundation gave me the courage to do."
